SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND FEES
Whether you choose to drop your items off in person, or ship them to us
directly, here are some guidelines that will make your experience run more
smoothly and ensure the quick return of your items.
If you choose to drop goods off in person to our office, please bring either
a memo or a business card which includes your name and contact information.
When shipping your items to our office please include a detailed memo
listing:
• All gemstones with their weights and shapes
• Service(s) requested
• The value of your items
• Instructions for return shipping.
We recommend that you send your goods Insured Mail.
For further information regarding shipping information or costs, please feel
free to contact us.

We kindly request payment (including return shipping fees if the items are to
be sent back) at the time of service, either when your items are picked up at
our office or before they are shipped back to you. We currently accept cash and
personal or business checks.
