Eternity Natural Emeralds Names American Gemological Laboratories (AGL) as Certification Service

NEW YORK – April 24, 2007 – Eternity Natural Emerald, a division of Arthur Groom & Co., has chosen American Gemological Laboratories (AGL) as its certification service to provide identification, grading, enhancement and other services on its Natural Emeralds. Eternity Natural Emeralds supplies both non-enhanced natural emeralds and natural emeralds enhanced with the proprietary ExCel Process, a colorless and stable advanced polymer that can be removed only by Eternity, which carries a lifetime guarantee.

AGL is an independent third-party certification service that provides a range of colored gemstone authentication, identification, grading, enhancement and country of origin information to dealers and retailers in order to increase consumer confidence in the colored gemstone purchase. Recently, AGL introduced a new suite of services called Fast Track that provides select information to complement the company’s long-established, comprehensive Prestige-level program.

“With the new and expanded certification services of AGL, we believe Eternity Natural Emeralds will continue to create greater demand for natural emeralds, by increasing consumer confidence in the product,” says Arthur Groom, Chief Executive Officer of Arthur Groom & Co. “The new AGL Fast Track services make third party certification more affordable on the emeralds valued at $500 and up, which combined with our existing programs, will help our manufacturers and retailers sell more emeralds – which makes us extremely enthusiastic about the 2007 holiday selling season.”

“This is an opportunity for us to support Eternity Natural Emeralds’ excellent program,” says C.R. “Cap” Beesley, President of American Gemological Laboratories. “With the AGL guaranteed Fast Track certificate positively supporting authenticity and quality, retailers of Eternity Natural Emeralds will be able to more effectively compete for the luxury spending dollar, focusing on the fashion statement and the long-term value an emerald jewelry purchase provides.”
